Alice Hoyle
Sex and Relationship Educator
Alice Hoyle (she/her) is a neurodivergent relationships and sex education expert based in the UK. She is on a mission to build understanding about sensory needs and how that intersects with relationships, sex and health education.
Alice Hoyle runs Sense and Connect, an education consultancy specialising in Sensory Inclusion (Sense) and Relationships, Health and Sex Education (RSHE) (Connect). She is a neurodivergent (ND) mum supporting varying sensory needs in her ND family. With two decades in education as a teacher, PSHE lead, youth worker and LEA adviser, she knows how misunderstood and neglected sensory needs are in mainstream schools. Alice is co-author of Becoming a Sensory-Aware School: A Toolkit to Develop a Whole School Approach for Sensory Wellbeing (2025) and Great Relationships and Sex Education: 200+ Activities for Educators Working with Young People (2019).
