Choosing a sexual wellbeing coach is like choosing a mattress… what feels good for one person doesn’t feel right for another.
Step one is to book a free discovery call so we can get to know each other better and make sure we are a good match.
If we mutually agree to enter a client-coach agreement, we will then book in a wellbeing MOT. During this first 90 minute session, we will identify your current sexual wellbeing needs and develop and action plan. The wellbeing MOT can be a one off session or the start of ongoing sessions.
If you choose to invest in ongoing sessions, we will decide how frequently to meet based on your sexual wellbeing needs. Each session is an hour, with package deals available.
Our sessions are currently available virtually.
