Online Courses & Group Workshops
The information provided in our online courses and group workshops are for educational purposes only. If you access these services, that does not initiate a sex coach/client relationship.
The online course and group workshop curriculums are developed and facilitated by trained sex coaches and sex educators. The content is designed to teach people how to build better relationships with their bodies, sex, and intimacy. The online courses and group workshops will not offer medical advice or psychotherapy.
Sex Coaching Sessions
If you partake in sex coaching sessions, you acknowledge that you are not seeking psychotherapy. A sex therapist is licensed mental health specialist who helps people identify and resolve sexual problems by using traditional therapeutic approaches. In contrast, a sex coach is a trained professional who guides and educates you around issues related to your body, sex, and intimacy. Our sex coaches will not offer medical advice or psychotherapy.

Online Courses
Our online courses are structured as a series of self-paced learning modules. Within these modules, we will provide worksheets to compliment the video resources. The worksheets will be available to download as a PDF so that you can complete the activity in privacy offline. You are not required to upload your responses to complete the course and therefore we will not have access to any of your confidential information.
