Dr. Tristin Agtarap (she/her) is a data analyst and researcher. She is on a mission to transform how menstrual, sexual, and reproductive health are understood and addressed - using mixed-methods research to challenge stigma, shift narratives, and shape more inclusive policies and practices.
With a background in psychology, Tristin’s work focuses on advancing well-being outcomes related to menstruation and examining how cultural and societal factors shape sexual and reproductive health experiences. She designs and evaluates interventions that challenge stigma and promote inclusive sex education, with recent research exploring individual outcomes of a gamified programme. She has contributed to academic, nonprofit, and start-up sectors, and are passionate about generating actionable evidence to inform policy, practice, and education in the UK and globally.
