Who is Sex Coaching for?
Sex coaching is for any body with a body - no matter sexual experience, relationship status, gender, or stage of life.
What does Sex Coaching involve?
In your session, your coach will work with you to address concerns, identify opportunities for growth, and expand your pleasure potential.
They will teach, guide, and provide you with practical strategies, educational tools, and somatic exercises that support your needs, desires, and boundaries in and out of the bedroom.
What do sessions take place?
We currently offer all sessions virtually. In the future we plan to offer in-person sessions in London.
What’s the Difference Between a Sex Coach and Sex Therapist?
